Napoleon Dynamite bill

Having grown up in Idaho, I take a certain amount of embarrassed pride in this bill to recognize the role of the creators of Napoleon Dynamite in "increas[ing] the nation's awareness of Idaho". It was proposed and passed at the end of the 2005 legislative session.
